Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Project Rich Mum order. If you change your mind about a physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Digital downloads

Digital products are supplied electronically. Where you expressly agree to receive your digital content immediately and acknowledge that this means losing your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins, you will no longer have the right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Refunds

Once an eligible physical return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
